The Studio

Unlike most home and project studios, our rooms were professionally designed by an acoustic engineer. This means that we're better able to hear and control the sounds you produce. It also means we get a far more accurate picture of your music at mix time, ensuring that you get the sounds you want.

The Control Room

Our control room was designed to put the focus on the speakers. It adds little color and has very low resonant frequencies. This room is equipped with all the essentials to produce a big, full sounding recording. We use the latest versions of Pro Tools and Cubase for tracking and mixing our projects. Pro Tools and Cubase are industry standards for cut & paste editing and automated mixing. The processing power is unmatched, and we have some of the best plug-ins available to give your mixes the professional sound we're all looking for.

The Live Room

Our live room is treated to strike an ideal balance between natural ambience and controlled focus. Drummers often tell us that they've never heard their kit sound so good as when it's set up in our live room. There are very few right angles in the room, so standing waves are kept to a minimum. Acoustic treatment on the walls improve the sound even more. Your friend may have a Pro Tools setup, but it's the quality of our live room that sets us apart and keeps our regular clients coming back.

The Vocal Booth

Our vocal booth is highly treated, and has almost no audible reverberation. This allows us to get a completely uncolored sound to disk, then treat it as best required for the song with appropriate reverb and other effects. The vocal booth can also double as an isolation booth for guitar cabinets or other amplified sources.
